It should be obligatory for every single personnel;
- to have an educational certificate which is related to the occupation performed,
- to have an educational certificate which is related to the product,
- the health report justifying the ability to work at heights and some physically risky positions at the construction site,
- the usage of the personal safety equipment provided by the construction site management
