Meticulously produced roof and wall panels are loaded on the transport vehicles with   a  similar care in our production facilities. The following procedures should be followed in unloading the panels to the worksite and storing them to prevent damage.

  UNLOADING

If possible, cranes should be used during the transfer of the materials to the construction site or the roof in packages. Since palette dimensions differ, appropriate forklifts or cranes should be selected.

If the palettes are to be carried with a crane, steel or chain ropes should definitely be avoided and flat ropes (nylon, hemp, silk) should be preferred. Wooden wedges should be placed at rope contact points to protect the corners. The wedges should be raised 3.5 cm from the palettes. If forklifts are to be used and if the palettes are more than 6 m in length, wide forked forklifts should be used.

If the panels are to be unloaded by hand, they should not be grabbed and pulled from a side to prevent damage to the panels and paints. They should be lifted up from two sides or two sides and the middle and thus carried.
