ROOF PANEL

1)As it is shown on the section drawing of the Panelsan Roof Panel, it is produced to have 5 ribs. The panels require the pre-existancy of purlins, the carrier elements, to be mounted on.

2)Panels are mounted on steel and concrete purlins by special self-drilling rustproof screws. These screws alter regarding the thickness of the panel or the structure of the purlins. Screws are applied on each rib or every other rib.

3)When the first panel is mounted on the purlins, the very first empty rib is left unscrewed. The second or the third rib on the purlin is screwed. The empty rib of the second panel is put on the last full rib of the first panel.

4) It should be watched that the male & female claws of the panels should both fit in each other. Next screwing should be done after the empty rib of the second panel is fitted on the full rib of the first panel.
